v0.111.0: a new look, challenges on the map, and ten more countries on the timetable

One of our biggest releases yet. The highlights:

• A new look. Every game, from the clock bar to the game-over board, plus the home, start and waiting-room pages, now shares one design.
• Challenges stand on the map. In GeoRace, challenges appear as points around you as you walk. In Wanderlusters, editor favors and itinerary offers do the same. Walk up to one to start it. Curse boxes now sit in Street View too.
• Two new challenges. In Piece It Together, walk to a museum and piece a souvenir from its collection back together against the clock. In Through the Ages, find a few buildings nearby and place each one on a timeline, by eye, against the clock.
• New power-ups. Hot Soup and Triple Espresso join a power-up shop shared by GeoRace, Tag and Wanderlusters.
• More of the rail map. New or refreshed timetables for Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Türkiye.
