1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Worldboard ("the Service"), operated by Worldboard LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Worldboard is a real-time multiplayer transit adventure game. Players use public transit schedules and maps to compete in game modes such as hide-and-seek and tag. The Service includes the web application, WebSocket server, and all related content and features.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to exploit bugs, use cheats, or manipulate gameplay to gain an unfair advantage.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the Service.
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game mechanics, and software, are owned by Worldboard LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. See our Copyright Notice for details.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create through the Service (such as display names). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your user content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the Service, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldboard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
