1. Free to Play
Worldboard is free to play. Anyone with an account can start and play games at no charge. An optional membership removes ads (ads are not yet live) and lets you speed up the in-game clock further; it has no other effect on gameplay.
2. Membership
Membership is sold in weekly increments — for example, 4 weeks for $2.99 USD or 52 weeks for $11.99 USD, a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal or recurring charges. Membership extends an expiry date on your account; when it lapses you keep playing for free, simply without the member benefits. Purchasing more membership extends your existing expiry rather than replacing it.
3. Membership Credits
Membership is denominated in Membership Credits (1 credit = 1 week). A purchase is converted into membership immediately. You may also earn Membership Credits by contributing to Worldboard; earned credits stay on your account until you choose to redeem them for membership.
4. Payment and Billing
Purchases are processed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, will be calculated at checkout based on your billing location. Your membership is updated as soon as your payment is confirmed.
5. Early Access Terms
Early Access pricing is offered during the Early Access period and may change when Worldboard exits Early Access. Any change to pricing will apply only to future purchases — membership you have already purchased is not affected.
